What will you do?

The Accounts & Sales Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with our Account Management team to learn about the video ad tech ecosystem, provide detailed reporting & analysis and deliver client success. This role will report to the Senior Director of Account Management. Primary duties include:

  • Sales Research and Presentations: Research clients and pulling assets for presentation decks, YouTube research for relevant videos and content, build presentation decks in coordination with Account Management team, build Excel spreadsheets and meeting decks
  • Account Management: Assist with campaign pre-launch planning and set-up, pull campaign performance data and screenshots for presentation decks and Excel reports, build report decks in coordination with Account Management team, collect assets, keep project management records up to date
  • Administrative support: Assist with expense reports, book travel as needed

What are we looking for?

  • Current college student majoring in business, marketing, communications, advertising, public relations or related field
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient and active in social media
  • Previous intern experience at a digital media agency, ad tech company, and/or advertising/creative agency company is a plus
  • Experience with project management software such as Basecamp, and reporting platforms such as Tableau, a plus

The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following abilities:

  • Solid track record of exhibiting high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to follow broad instructions, work with minimal supervision, and be diligent and eager to learn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to problem solve and develop creative solutions to challenges
  • Ability to multi-task and work through several projects at once
